The sacred peace drum has the power to connect you to the heartbeat of the universe.

It has the power to help you heal.
It has the power to help you journey to the land of spirit, and to help you live peacefully.

Many of us are called to the song of the drum.
It is a sacred instrument that anyone can use.

Vivianne LaRiviere celebrates and honours the Algonquin and Ojiibway as part of her ancestry, and continues to journey to discover the teachings of her elders.  She is also fully aware of the European ancestry that proclaimed their rights to indigenous land, however also embraces the many gifts and talents that they bring. She recognizes that many people hold such power struggle within their identity, and calls upon spirituality and art to held mend and heal these torn roads.

Convergence leads to healing and peace of mind.

Peace Drums, handcrafted by Vivianne and members of the songroom team, are created based on traditional indigenous design, varying in sizes, styles and materials.
