Hello Everyone,

I hope whatever you find here, whether it be stories, columns, reflections, meditations, or poetry that it leave you with a sense of question and wonder.

I invite you to sit for awhile....'along the river's edge' and to be at one with whatever mindful thought comes your way.

We all go through 'stuff' in life. I am of no exception. We are not alone on this planet. Connect, embrace, love, be at one...we are all a part of the 'breath of life'.

Enjoy the journey-communicate, hug someone, do something for the planet. Take time for yourself. Find your silence-there you will find the voice of what matters.
